Skiing and snowboarding in Ski Amadé

You can ski straight onto the piste and thus directly into the ski region Ski Amadé with 760 km of perfectly piste. There are varying degrees of difficulty, from the family piste to the more demanding slopes for more experienced skiers. Anyone who has ever been in our region wants to return to the Schladming ski area time and time again, no wonder with perfectly groomed slopes that could not be more diversified.

Toboggan by day and night

Toboggan fun on the Hochwurzen by day and by night, a combination of cosy hut retreats and natural enjoyment. Take the gondola up over the 7 km long illuminated, well-groomed natural toboggan run to the starting point. During the day the route is perfect for a family toboggan run and in the evening the huts invite you to stay and enjoy the atmosphere with a drink and maybe a meal.

Cross-country skiing and skating

The cross-country course in the Untertal past the frozen Untertalbach stream is very impressive The landscape filled with ice crystals is a natural highlight. Along the track you can recharge your batteries at one of the three huts (Waldhäuslalm, Sondlalm or Weisse Wand Alm) and try some Austrian delicacies. If you prefer a larger network of trails, the Ramsau is about 15 minutes away from us.

Horse and sleigh riding

A horse-drawn carriage ride to the upper or lower valley in Rohrmoos is always a romantic experience. Far away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life you can enjoy the winter magic in a calm way. Again, you will find Styrian hospitality with the best local cuisine.

Ski tours and Snowshoeing

During a ski tour on the Hochwurzen or in the Schladming area you can recharge your batteries and be enchanted by the beautiful landscape. The Hochwurzen and the Galsterberg are the most popular mountains for ski tour fans. If you prefer to go for a leisurely hike, you can go snowshoeing through the snow-covered landscape.
